Agricultural products become organic only if they get the accordant certificate valid for certain country or group of countries. Thus for Ukraine or Europe the organic status is got under the condition of getting the EU Certificate according to Council Regulation (EU) # 834/2007 (the former Council Regulation # 2092/91), Commission Regulation (EU) # 889/2008 and Commission Regulation (EU) # 1235/2008.
For certain organic trade unions, for example Bioland (Germany) and association Bio Suisse (Switzerland), it is not enough to have only European certificate to enter their markets. For this purpose it is mandatory to successfully get through the certification according to certain private standard. These standards are the most demanding and authoritative in the world.
The production of organic goods in the company Arnika is certified according to EU and BioSuisse standards as an evidence of the premium quality and purity of our goods and also as confirmation of compliance with these standards on all stages of organic production.
In 2017 we also got the access to the organic market of USA when we successfully got through certification according to the standard USDA (NOP) U.S. department of agriculture.
