When forming transport lots, we perform detailed photo and video recording of each process. Afterwards we send the captured materials to the buyer upon his request. The Company plans to install cameras in the warehouses, so that customers could monitor all the processes on-line.
Shipment formation starts by issuing an order to the enterprise. Shipment formation occurs solely on the basis of the contract concluded. We form parties in accordance with the buyer’s requirements, and with the European and domestic standards. In particular, for each transport lot, we separate products by crops, crop varieties and fields of origin.
Sampling for laboratory research is carried out by the representative of Organic Standard from the already formed transport lots. The study of the selected samples for compliance with the European standards is carried out mainly by the Eurofins laboratory (Germany).
After sampling, the big bags are sealed with the appropriate seal numbers by the Organic Standard representative or together with Arnika and buyer representatives. Seal numbers are displayed in the relevant bilateral act. Sealing the finished products immediately after sampling ensures the quality and excludes blending or contamination.
