Packaging, labelling and accounting

Packed Big Bags

Packaging

We pack finished products in big bags with the storage capacity up to 1 ton. While packaging, the representative of our quality laboratory selects grain samples from each big bag to study the physical parameters (humidity, purity, grain and oil impurities presence, pests, etc.). Only after obtaining satisfactory results of the research, the prepared marked big bag is stored in a warehouse.

Appointment of a big bar code run and entering into an electronic database.

Labelling

Products stored in bulk are marked with a label that contains information about the quantity, crop, variety, the field of origin, and also the manufacturer.

Packaged in big bags finished products are labelled with barcodes. Based on the information on the barcode, we can trace all production processes the products underwent after being harvested and before being packed in big bags, their further movements and quality indicators determined by the laboratory specialists.

Marked big bags with products are delivered to the storage warehouses on specially prepared and cleaned equipment.

Accounting and control

All processes of packing, marking and products moving between warehouses are controlled by a special accounting service that collects and records information on each product unit in the electronic database. The system of accurate online accounting ensures the quality and traceability of all products, so when sending to the client, we provide comprehensive data on products from each big bag.

Internal organic inspectors regularly and carefully monitor the condition of warehouses, clean machinery and equipment, record and mark organic products, sample products for analysis, seal and ship big bags and follow other requirements of organic standards.
