Arnika sells all organic products abroad. Now we export to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, New Zealand and the USA. Due to the large export volumes, we have a well-developed logistics centre. A significant part of our products is shipped by rail in covered wagons and containers, by road and air transport. We care about the comfort of our customers, so we choose the means of transportation which is the most convenient for the buyer.
Before delivery each lot passes a number of expertises. The first stage of quality control is the analysis in the German laboratory, on the basis of which Organic Standard issues an export permit (export certificate).
In addition, Arnika’s laboratory checks each lot for compliance with the Ukrainian state standard requirements and issues a proper quality certificate for each shipment lot.
Having received all the necessary documents and permits, we load the products into the transport in the presence of the buyer, Organic Standard and the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection representatives. Then, we form the package of documents and send it to the customs for customs registration. At customs, the inspector examines the vehicle and products, checks documents and issues a cargo customs declaration. After registration, the product is shipped to the buyer.
In 2018 Arnika mastered a new way of loading -in sea containers with liner bags. This way of loading allows increasing the volumes of shipments and it gives a possibility to use various kinds of transportation. Moreover this type of loading prevents threat of contamination.
